Description
 

This workshop aims to provide a comprehensive overview of pancreatic imaging techniques as well as of inflammatory and neoplastic diseases of the pancreas, and their management. The programme includes in-depth discussions on imaging modalities, clinical challenges, and the latest guidelines in diagnosis and treatment.
 

Learning Objectives:

  • Get acquainted with  key pancreatic imaging techniques, including Multidetector Computed Tomography (MDCT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS), and nuclear medicine.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the clinical and imaging characteristics of acute and chronic pancreatitis.
  • Learn the latest clinical guidelines for diagnosing and managing solid and cystic pancreatic neoplasms.
