Workshop description
This online workshop covers essential interventional radiology (IR) techniques, focusing on biopsy, drainage, biliary interventions, bowel ischemia, gastrointestinal bleeding, and liver lesion treatments. It features expert presentations, case studies, and interactive discussions.
Session Summaries:
- Biopsy and Drainage: Reviews imaging features, tools, and techniques for liver lesion biopsies and abdominal collection drainage, followed by case discussions.
- Biliary Intervention: Explores imaging and percutaneous techniques for managing benign and malignant biliary diseases, with interesting case presentations.
- Bowel Ischemia & GI Bleeding: Focuses on imaging and AI tools for detecting ischemic bowel and GI bleeding, alongside revascularization and embolization techniques.
- Percutaneous Treatment of Liver Lesions: Covers ablation and embolization techniques for liver lesions, emphasizing imaging advancements and AI integration.
The workshop aims to provide participants with a detailed understanding of imaging techniques, tools, and practical interventional procedures, enriched by real case studies and expert-led discussions.
