Description
This two-day, hands-on intensive course on small bowel imaging will focus on inflammatory bowel disease. Participants will gain practical insights into the use of intestinal ultrasound and MR enterography for assessing disease activity, monitoring and detecting complications. The course will also cover strategies for optimising patient preparation and image acquisition. The format of the workshop will feature a combination of formal lectures, interactive case discussions, and hands-on ultrasound training with live patients.

The number of participants per workshop is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Together with the registration payment is necessary. Registrations as radiologist in training (Residents) or Radiographer must be accompanied by a confirmation of the head of the department confirming the status as Resident or Radiographer.

An application will be made to the EACCME for CME accreditation of this event. The EACCME is an institution of the UEMS (www.uems.eu).

From Gent-Sint-Pieters Station to Thagaste:
By Tram:
- Exit the train station and take Tram 1 towards "Evergem" or "Wondelgem".

- Walk 5 minutes:
- Head into Burgstraat, turn right into Jan Breydelstraat, which leads into Academiestraat.
- Thagaste is on the right-hand side.
